Wild Pikachu or Wild Raichu?

Although a wild Raichu seems like a good catch, its not, a Raichu does NOT learn new moves, unless by TMs, your better off with your Pikachu, Pikachu keeps learning moves no matter what, it keeps leveling up, and doesnt need TMs, so dont catch a Raichu, unless you have TMs or you only want 3 moves, and since theres no way to get TMs, you would be stuck with 3 moves, so your better off with Pikachu, he starts learning new moves at level 10, and keeps learning new moves, Pikachu learns Normal, Electric, & Psychic type moves, he learns moves at Level 5 - 50 so you'll have plenty of time with him till he cant learn new moves anymore
